It has been said that the healthiest of all human emotions is Gratitude.
This is Thanksgiving week, on Thursday we take the whole day off to give thanks for wonderful things in our lives.
The more you express your gratitude, the more you have to be grateful for. Kind of like work. The more work you do, the more work you will have to do. What you focus on expands.
