What Is Perpetual Wealth and How Does the Perpetual Wealth Code™ Make Perpetual Wealth a Possibility For You?

Table of Contents:

  • Jack Bogle’s Predictions: Stocks are expected to yield about 4% annually over the next decade, with bond portfolios returning around 3.1%, signaling lower profitability in traditional investments.
  • The Perpetual Wealth Code™: This financial strategy focuses on benefiting from Main Street, not Wall Street, aiming for greater profits and reduced risks for individual investors.
  • Saving and Whole Life Insurance: Emphasizes the importance of increased personal savings and using participating whole life insurance as a safer, more profitable alternative to Wall Street-dependent plans like 401ks.

With the stock market raging, unemployment being lower than it has been in years, and the economy performing better than it has for a very long time, many are asking, “How does this effect my financial future?” Interestingly, on Monday, November 20, 2017 Jack Bogle, founder of Vanguard Mutual Funds “who structured Vanguard for one purpose—to build wealth for its clients” [i] had this to say about the future:

  1. Stocks will return about 4% annually over the next decade, NOT the 10% annual average returns of recent decades.
  2. Bond portfolio’s will return around 3.1% during this same time period.
  3. Lower returns will put pressure on Wall Street making the importance of investors getting their return before the vultures do, and
  4. Impact investing will be less effective than advocates hope for because everyone has to decide at some point whether they want to improve a social situation or build a comfortable retirement for themselves.[ii]

Remarkably, Jack’s record concerning such predictions are unbelievably accurate. And so, it behooves us to consider how you can;

  • Get better than a 4% average rate of return on your money,
  • Get the security that a bond portfolio provides but with greater yields,
  • Get to keep your all of your profits avoiding the vultures, and
  • Get to continue investing your money where you believe it will do some social good while still earning a reasonable rate of return?

That’s because even if Bogle’s 4 predictions listed above are the inescapable consequences of being involved in Wall Street today, those dire results are merely the side effects of you being the victim of traditional financial planning. And because this empirically has proven to be the case, then removing the prescriptive glasses you’ve been assigned to wear, glasses that have been carefully crafted and fitted by none other than Wall Street in order to make sure that you see only what Wall Street wants you to see rather than what is actually possible, there remains a better way which provides you an entirely reasonable attainable and much more profitable outcome than what Bogle’s predictions might first induce you to acquiesce.

Before exploring this better way, we must be fully aware of why Bogle’s predictions are so realistic for those involved with Wall Street. And for that appreciation we must realize what the real market place is in our society. Wall Street does all it can to influence you into believing that you don’t have any say or control over the market place. But your market place transpires daily in every transaction you encounter, whether that be at your local gas station, grocery store, paying your utility bill or trading your time for money (i.e., job, carrier or employment.) This is your market place and all the transactions that take place in this environment are controlled by you because it is you that decides if you buy gas, food, clothing, pay your utility bill, and are employed or unemployed. Nobody else determines that for you. And so, your market place isn’t Wall Street, the international finance and investment community, but rather your market place on your street, or as it has colloquial become to be known, Main Street. “Main Street is the place individuals, small businesses, employees and the overall economy interact together.[iii]

Respectful of this fact, what takes place on Main Street (i.e., your street) is significantly more important to you and your financial future than what takes place on Wall Street. And yet, most all financial planning provided today is designed to assign Main Street the risk which Wall Street generates. This type of planning compels Main Street (your street) to assume 100% of the risk Wall Street creates, while allowing Wall Street to amass the majority of the profits. This, continuously, widens the gap between those who have and those who have not.

Enter, the better way! The way that focuses on:

  • Main Street Not Wall Street,
  • Where Main Street participates in all profits, and
  • Where Wall Street is excluded from destroying Main Streets returns.

Enter the Perpetual Wealth Code™!

What is the Perpetual Wealth Code™?

The Perpetual Wealth Code™ was designed, much like Vanguard Mutual Funds was designed, in order to produce profits for Main Street and NOT the vultures of Wall Street. That is because even while Wall Street roars, Main Street groans under the risk that it is forced to carry. Yet, with the Perpetual Wealth Code™ Main Street whirrs right along under no burden of risk regardless of the risk Wall Street creates. Boom or bust, Bull or Bear, there is little that consequential effects those on Main Street if they are actively participating in the Perpetual Wealth Code™.

So, what exactly is the Perpetual Wealth Code™ and how does it provide a better than 4% tax equivalent rate of return with the safety of a bond portfolio while protecting your returns from the vultures of Wall Street and permitting you to fund Impact Investments that you believe in? That’s a big question with a very small answer. And, obviously the answer is NOT one that Wall Street endorses. In fact, the vultures of Wall Street have vilified and denigrated this Main Street solution for years. Interestingly enough, this solution is the answer that has proven to be the financial Tortoise versus the Hare we all are familiar with in Aesop’s Fables. The Hare, of course, is Wall Street with all its vultures, taxes, fees, penalties, inflation and interest costs. The Tortoise is those on Main Street who earnestly want to keep and control more of their own money so that that can secure their financial future.

In is most basic form then the Perpetual Wealth Code™ is nothing more than a big enough desire to save more. This takes a certain amount of disgust for where you currently are financially, along with enough determination and discipline to stick to a plan of action to actually save more than what you are saving today. Then as your savings grow, actively leveraging your savings in such a way that you keep the growth on your savings while being allowed to derive even greater returns on the capital you leveraged. This process provides you with even more savings that you get to keep. And when done in a balanced and systematic way, never invades or encroaches upon your current lifestyle like most investment and savings plans do.

Of course, saving more is the only way that Main Street can rationally hope to live the comfortable lifestyle that they plan on living in the future. That is mainly because Social Security is not secure and defined contribution plans like the 401k, IRA, and 403b, are merely investments that are directly linked to the vultures on Wall Street. And that means they are subject to taxation, fees and/or penalties along with interest charges and inflationary risks which consistently confiscate profits from those on Main Street who participate in Wall Street.

Successively saving more is critical to effectively participating in the Perpetual Wealth Code™ but where such savings are held is even more critical. Ironically, when everything is considered, nothing compares to the safety, security and sustainability that participating whole life insurance provides to savers who reside on Main Street despite what Wall Street and the vultures associated may say. That is because participating whole life insurance provides an average to better than average rate of return on your savings (premiums paid,) while exposing you to the opportunity to earn an even higher rate of return than what has historically been reported on Wall Street. Plus it gives you the liquidity and liberty to leverage your savings without suffering lost opportunity costs.

With all these factors working in your favor the Perpetual Wealth Code™ allows you and other Main Street players to win, and win bigger consistently compared to those playing on Wall Street and attempting to avoid the vultures that await you your savings and your earnings there.

The Perpetual Wealth Code™ with McFie Insurance

All in all, the Perpetual Wealth Code™ is a simple, straightforward, powerful way to save more, keep more and earn more compared to assuming the risk Wall Street poses with all the vulture that hang out there. Engineering the right participating whole life insurance policy(s) that allows you the greatest opportunity to leverage the most amount of money with the least amount of interest, is definitely an art form that most life insurance agents don’t understand or even have the ability to offer their clients due to their lack of knowledge or simply the limitation of the products their company(s) offer. It takes a skilled and observant agent who listens to what you need, want and can afford, to create the right participating whole life policy for you. The risk is too great for you and your money not to work with an agent that can show you the ropes and is willing to mentor you after the sale of the policy in order for you not to assume the risk of getting a policy that won’t work or won’t work as efficiently as it can work for you.
